Del Mar - Race 3

#13 Rumpus in Paradise: This team has done some really good work with these kinds of local runners over the last few years, so I'm willing to start my paddock and post parade work by taking a look at this filly. Edge if she goes.

#8 Tina's Princess: She showed a touch of pace at Los Al in those first two starts, and those probably aren't too far off what the rest of these are going to need to bring today. In the mix.

#1 That Ain't Right: Dropped has just been a bit outrun through two starts, but this easier bunch gives her some room to wake up. Still, mild worry about the rail draw in a big group.

Race Summary: Rumpus in Paradise goes first out for a team that has been really reliable with these young claiming types here recently, and I'm hoping something like the 6/1 ML offering will hold up if she can draw in.

Del Mar - Race 6

#2 Lavender Love: She was kind of one paced in the debut, but she didn't get the easiest go of things that day and may have some upside with that one behind her. Wouldn't be surprised to see a LOT better today.

#8 Ride Elbow Ranch: Tactical type has just gone a bit flat in the late stages of her first few races, but she still seems like a good fit here on form with some fairly reliable efforts so far.

#9 Ridegold: Forward player is another who has been a bit dicey in the final yards, but she looks competitive here with another good run waiting for her.

Race Summary: Lavender Love looks like she may have enough upside to make some noise here at an OK price. The other listed pair figure to command some cash off decent lines, but I don't totally trust either of them inside the final sixteenth.

Del Mar - Race 7: Fleet Treat Stakes

#3 Om N Joy: She has really put things together recently, rattling off three in a row and handling several of these while doing it. The one to beat right back.

#10 Fibonacci's Ride: Considered this one on top with some room to bounce back after the flat chasing run last time out. There is a little bit of quality here on her better days -- maybe today is one of them?

#11 Ellen Jorth: Positional player draws well to spy the pace the whole way, and she probably still has a little bit of upside after just two starts. One of the ones.

Race Summary: Om N Joy should be tough right back in search of a fourth win in a row, but I won't be upset if Fibonacci's Ride lands this one at a price -- will have her covered.
